Things I have learned while making Swistle Muffins:

1. My original muffin recipe did not call for enough leavening
2. Cinnamon is a crucial ingredient for banana muffins
3. If you want to melt a stick of butter, 50% power for 2 minutes is too long
4. If you need to clean up an exploded stick of butter, Clorox Green all purpose cleaner works a treat
5. Halving Swistle's recipe leaves only enough extra for one mini muffin
6. It is still worth making one mini muffin
