It's a conspiracy

Yesterday evening, Andrew and I decided to institute a policy that I would handle all baby wake-ups until midnight and then again from 5am on, because this nighttime nursing thing has gotten ridiculous. We're getting enough sleep to manage, but that's because I fall asleep in the chair and she nurses and nurses and nurses for HOURS in the night. She's nine months old. This is unnecessary. Lately, she's been waking up lately for a quick nursing session around 10:30 or 11:00 which is no big deal, and by 5am, she's legitimately hungry again. So the immediate plan is to just get rid of the 1-4 am sessions.

Guess what time she woke up last night? Go ahead. Guess.

ELEVEN FIFTY-FIVE.

(I got back in bed around 1:30.)

Vivian's 10 months old and waking up ALL the time too. We were up at 10, 11, 2, 4 and 5 last night. She's not nursing, so Daniel is handling some of the bottles, but still. We're tired. What's up with this? We're hoping to knock out the 2 AM feeding soon. She used to sleep through the night just fine!

Hope you guys get some sleep soon and that she stops wanting to eat all the time!

I FEEL YOUR PAIN!! We actually had a great night last night....NO feedings. But, Sawyer typically likes to wake up 10 minutes after I have fallen asleep and still has DEMANDED to be fed at night up until 11 months of age!
